Jo ran a dynamic, interactive and practical ‘Insights’ training session for FOCUS. Her enthusiasm and skill at dealing with multiple personality types with varying cultural backgrounds was superb. We were each left with a better understanding of our own working style and preferences as well as that of our colleagues. With this understanding Jo taught us how we can recognise when to adapt our style and therefore work more effectively both individually and as a team. I would highly recommend this ‘Insights’ workshop to any team.
