Jo and Tara provided excellent support in helping define what we wanted to achieve in a two-day session. They then worked to provide a programme that responded to the needs of our team exceptionally well, using the ‘Insights’ tool and a range of other highly participatory and engaging games and conversations about providing feedback, negotiating skills, managing conflict and so on. The feedback from the team on both days was nothing short of effusive. We’re already planning a follow up session later in the year.
